Our speaker this month is Mike McGivern.  Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, graduated from Messmer HS and attended the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.  He is married to Terrie.  They have 2 children (Katie and Matthew) and 5 grandsons (Keegan, Logan, Beckett, Callam, and Liam). 

     Mike worked at Entercom/Audacy Milwaukee for 20 years, was Director of Sales and Marketing for The Milwaukee Wave, Milwaukee Mustangs and Milwaukee Rampage, Host of the “Home Improvement Radio Show”, “HS Sports Show” and “Faith in the Zone Radio Show” on The Big 920 and the IHeart radio app.        

     Honors: 2019 inductee, Wisconsin Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame; Dave McClain Distinguished Service Award; 2021 inductee, Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame; 2-time Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association Media Man of the Year; Emmy Award Winner-Sports Producer of “Around the Corner with John McGivern”; Won 6 State Championships as a HS Basketball Coach.
