TEAM ROLE: To motivate and encourage teachers and helpers to bring the children to a knowledge of God’s word and to feel the love of Christ.
TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To be prepared and ready before class
• To enthusiastically present the Bible accounts in such a way that the children see authentic Christian teachers
• To provide a place where the children not only feel but know they are loved and valued.
• To partner with the parents in conveying knowledge of the Bible as they entrust the children to us weekly
• Be willing to be trained in any area you do not feel competent
TEAM DESIRED OUTCOME: To help raise up godly boys and girls who will know Christ as their Savior and Lord
HOW TO JOIN THE TEAM:
• Complete Spiritual Gifts Assessment (either online or hardcopy) and meet with an advisor
• Consent to a background screening
• Be a member of New Life Fellowship Church
• Express your desire to join to a team leader
· Be willing to be trained in any area you do not feel competent
